Verso Building is located at the eastern end of Lavington Street, close to the junction with Southwark Street. Verso is a stand-alone, self-contained ground floor office with its own front door, meeting room and private garden. Currently the office is fitted out with one meeting room, its own private kitchen point and up to 18 workstations. Via the ground floor courtyard, Verso has direct access into the Crane building next door (same ownership) and within the Crane there is a staffed reception, a communal roof garden with wonderful views across the City. Within the lower ground, at the Crane there is secure bike storage, shower and towel facilities, drying room, and a gym. Being a tenant on the Dorrington estate (the landlords for both buildings), the occupiers of the Verso office will have access to all facilities within the Crane. As well as the array of facilities within the Crane building, also on Lavington Street is the CitizenM Hotel and within the hotel they offer their society meeting rooms – they have x7 meeting rooms, which are available to the public and can accommodate from 6-30 persons. Catering options are available for all bookings and booking from minimum slots of four hours.
