Opening in Q2 2021, this brand new workspace will offer a mixture of lease types including co-working, serviced offices and managed space. The building comprises of just under 40,000sqft and c.13,000sqft will be delivered to meet the needs of flexible workspace client’s including SME’s, local businesses and corporates looking to adopt a “Hub and spoke” real estate strategy post-COVID19. The environment was designed with wellbeing and productivity in mind which is always at the forefront of the interior design applied across all Boutique workplaces. As we navigate our way out of the pandemic, it is more important than ever to create office spaces that demand innovation and allow our client’s and their employees to thrive. Features such as an abundance of outdoor space, various breakout spaces, barista-style coffee and airflow all contribute to human wellbeing as well as networking spaces to socialise after hours. This workplace will also be available as part of The Boutique Members Club providing access to the lounge space with unlimited coffee and high-speed WiFi at only £70 + VAT per month per member providing a better alternative to working from a coffee shop. Most of the other members clubs are based in zone 1 allowing for our client’s to work from The Smith but also meet their client’s in central London when required. Situated on the well-known London Road, The Smith is easy to reach via public transport as well as having an onsite car park allowing our client’s to drive to and from their workplace.
