About this space

Utopicus José Abascal features flexible workspaces, private offices for rent suitable for companies of any size, as well as a training room, numerous meeting rooms and a space for events with capacity for up to 42 people. You will also discover four large common areas which serve as meeting points as you wander along the vibrant, colourful corridors. Designed by the Turull Sorensen studio and our own team of architects, the project is inspired by the iconic Topkapi palace. Drawing on the layout of the Istanbul monument, the space seeks to evoke the same sensations experienced as one walks down the halls of the Turkish palace. Housed in a 12,388 sqm office building owned by Colonial, the façade, common areas and car park were refurbished by Ortiz León Architects in 2014. Additionally, This building boasts a BREEAM Good certificate for sustainability. A safe place to work in. It complies with the maximum safety and hygiene protocols recognized by Bureau Veritas' Global Safe Site and the AENOR certification for good practices against COVID-19.
