Dukeries Business Centre is our latest venture into managed office space. The Company purchased the property in May 2005. The site comprises two office buildings, Southside and Riverside. The Southside building has been extensively modernised and now offers 14,000ft of quality office space with individual units from 100 to 1,000ft offering maximum flexibility. There is excellent parking provision and the site is on a direct cycle and bus route from the town centre. The offices are arranged over three floors served by a lift and are DDA compliant. The Riverside building has been newly built and now offers state of the art, fully serviced offices. This transformation of 14,000 square feet of former industrial premises has been made possible with the support of Grant Aid from the Alliance SSP. Built to stringent construction standards using sustainable and energy efficient materials it offers high quality environmentally friendly working conditions for discerning clients. Designed to appeal particularly to growing companies, office space can be configured to suit individual needs. All offices have carpets and blinds and benefit from an air cooling and heating system. For the convenience of licence holders, meeting rooms are available for rent and catering can be arranged.
