Bureaux & Co La Serre is the first collaborative space to open in the inner suburbs of Paris, in a unique location 150 metres from metro line 13. This former factory, which was used during the war and then converted into offices, has been renovated to become a warm and welcoming place to work and live. Under a magnificent 15 m high glass roof and an exposed wooden frame, there are twenty or so offices ranging from 8 to 35 m2, large shared spaces dedicated to coworking, as well as a gym, a rest room, and even a slide (access to the 2nd floor). We can also host afterworks, seminars, training days and private events. This space is part of an eco-responsible approach, with the aim of reducing our waste, sorting and recycling what can be recycled, as well as favouring soft mobility. For this purpose, a bicycle room and a rental service are available. And for longer trips, the Metro 13 stop "Malakoff Etienne Dolet" is only a few steps away.
