When we started CO.FICO, we wanted to create more than just nice, shared office spaces. We wanted to create a community. A place to integrate individually, as an "I", and at the same time be part of an "us". A place where we redefine success by measuring it by personal accomplishment, not just accounting results. The community is our catalyst. Our mission doesn't end with the small businesses and entrepreneurs who call us home. We believe in empowering our team to create their life's work. We move fast and challenge each other, but we take care of each other and care about our culture, which makes our work extremely rewarding. We have a lot to do and we could not do it if we were missing a single member of our team.
