The Carbon Tower is an A-class office building that dominates the corner of Robotnicza and Fabryczna Streets in Wrocław’s western business district. The building consists of two blocks – a lower, 3-storey block in the form of a cuboid, forming a new frontage on Fabryczna Street, and a higher one (55 m) – reaching the 15th storey, designed on a triangular plan and integrated into the corner of the streets. For the sake of work comfort and space for the regeneration of the building’s users, a spacious green terrace was designed on the lower part of the building, accessible directly from the office space. In addition, the tenants of the building no longer have to waste time and energy in meeting their daily needs thanks to the presence of numerous services around the office building and in the building itself, including a canteen and a kindergarten.
