Transatlantic is a family-owned investment and property management company. The family has owned and managed real estate in the United States for over 25 years and prior to that in Europe. Our strategy is to provide our tenants with workspaces that meet a diverse set of needs. Our spaces range from a single desk for the budding entrepreneur, through business centers, as they grow, to a flexible approach to leasing large office space. To execute this strategy we own or invest in office real estate that is diversified in terms of size and tenant mix in locations that appeal to small and medium-sized users. To control the “tenant experience” we provide property management services for the real estate we own. In this way, our tenants see a uniform and consistent level of service allowing us to brand the experience of being a Transatlantic client. We partner with high net-worth individuals, family offices and institutions to create investment opportunities that offer a mix of core plus stability and value-add upside. Our current portfolio has assets in the Boston technology hub and the dynamic and growing South Florida market.
