About this space

Founded in 2012, Plug is a pioneer in coworking in Brazil. In addition, it is the first to be recognized as a startup hub. With more than 7 years of existence, Plug has always focused on creating and managing the most inspiring collaborative workspaces for startups and companies. Plug was born with the purpose of positively impacting the local ecosystem of São Paulo. In this way, it brings together entrepreneurs, makes connections and stimulates business development. Since its inception, it has always been deeply involved in the innovation ecosystem. Our coworking space hosted the first teams in Brazil of large disruptive businesses such as Uber, Cabify, Oyo, Rappi, Virgin Mobile, among others. In addition, it was the first office of the Brazilian Startup Association (ABS), Techstars (Startup Weekend), the Startup Farm accelerator and Anjos do Brasil. In addition to managing its own spaces, Plug contributed to the creation of other coworking spaces. It is also important to highlight that Plug carried out the operational management of Banco Itaú's CUBE for more than 3 years.
