Alderman Fenwick's House

About this space

Alderman Fenwick’s House has long stood prominent on Pilgrim Street as one of the oldest and rarest surviving examples of early mercantile houses in Newcastle. Alderman Fenwick’s House previously underwent a significant period of restoration during the late 1990s via the work of Tyne and Wear Building Preservation Trust. Central Space are proud to have acquired Alderman Fenwick’s House in December 2020 as the latest addition to our business space portfolio and location of our head office. The team have undertaken a programme of upgrades and expedited the delivery of high specification, boutique office and events space within this historic setting. This will secure the building’s long-term future and allow it to prosper. Central Space’s mission is to provide clients with the best solution for their business needs. We consider our clients’ needs as our own, offering bespoke options and ongoing professional support.
