The story of 3071 N. Swan Rd. is one of a series of rebirths. It started out as a single family residence in 1973 built on 3 acres and was expanded and converted to a French restaurant in the 90's named Penelope's during the La Cienega development project. In early 2000's it was converted to office space for a Wendy's franchiser and sold to a Nurse Staffing Business who later developed 3075 N. Swan Rd. In 2020, the building was updated and modernized for a future tenant(s) while retaining the charm of the original building elements.
