Located in the heart of downtown San Luis Obispo, the newly renovated 15,000 square foot location boasts stylish open seating, dedicated office space, sleek private offices, meeting rooms, and a spacious lounge. Membership plans have been created to reduce your costs and increase your productivity. In addition to the downtown location, we have another coworking location that is 4,100-square-foot space, named the CIE HotHouse Annex. It houses a lab that will create opportunities for entrepreneurs, enterprises, freelance works and startups to develop new technologies and accelerate into the commercial sector.
