Gibbard Block is an iconic historical landmark in the Highlands, located at the heart of the neighbourhood’s beautiful little main street. The full restoration of Gibbard Block was completed in 2019, including the addition of an elevator and rooftop patio. Sparrow Cowork has deployed 3,000 ft2 of cowork space in the Gibbard Block, encompassing the 2nd floor and a large patio at the rear of the building. The main floor hosts three beautiful new concepts, June’s Deli, Fox Burger, and a boutique liquor store. The third floor is fully renovated as a boutique bed & breakfast with eight furnished micro-habitation suites.
