Haus Gryffenberg - 10 Bahnhofstrasse, Zurich 8001, Switzerland
Operated by Satellite Office Zurich
About this space
Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich is considered to be one of the world’s most exclusive shopping streets. We opened our first Swiss Satellite Office at the historical Haus Gryffenberg in early 2016 – house number 10, between Paradeplatz and Bürkliplatz. Three floors and 646 m² of space in the heart of the Swiss city accommodate a total of 14 luxuriously equipped offices, two conference rooms and modern open spaces for flexible use of workspace. Our favourite place: the roof terrace with a view of Lake Zurich and the snow-covered mountains. The listed Haus Gryffenberg was built between 1883 and 1885 in the style of the German Late Renaissance by architect Albert Müller, who was a student of Gottfried Sempers. The property was extensively renovated over the past two years by PSP Swiss Property AG in close collaboration with architecture firm Spühler Partner Architekten, with the aim of maintaining and restoring the historical elements. The developers were also interested in bringing the property into the 21st century and thus fulfilling the requirements of today. Highlights include the offices with bay window and a view of Lake Zurich and the beautiful roof terrace.
