At the national contest “Building of the Year 2019” – the most prestigious event in the field of investment Building 15 is completed in December 2018 and represents almost 31 500 sqm of built-up area, with five levels designed for office use, surrounding a broad open atrium, with restaurants on the ground floor, two underground parking levels and a welcoming green park on the rooftop of the building for its more than 3.500 dwellers. Designed by “A & A Architects” Building 15 follows the established concept of creating urban diversity in Busienss Park Sofia. The design integrates traditional for BPS elements and contemporary architectural trends in office space and sustainable design like concrete, metal and glass opposed to natural wood elements and living green walls to integrate the building into the context.
